		<description>We used to do this without the shampoo. I would saw a roll of paper towels in half, put water and baby oil in a tall food storage container, dunk in the wipes, and let it sit. They I would turn it over, and take out the paper towel tube. Pull towels from the center. Much less irritating than store-bought wipes.</description>
