Couponing Series: BOGO – One of the Coolest acronyms of couponing.

by Robin on April 28, 2009 in Tips

My Favorite couponing deal is when it is buy one get one free.  The best part is you get to use a coupon for each item. Here is an example:

At your favorite grocery store Kraft Salad Dressing is bogo. The original price is $2.29 per dressing. Since they are bogo its two for $2.29. Say you have a coupon for $1.00 off one dressing! You will end up getting two Kraft salad dressings for .29! That is an awesome deal.

If you bought the items with no deals or coupons you would have spent $4.58 instead you spent $.29. That is a savings of $4.29! This is a great way to create a stockpile of your favorite items.
