Book Review: Miserly Moms by Jonni McCoy

This book was helpful in that it gave me some more inspiration to cut our household expenses.

We found a version of the baby wipe recipe in here as well as some baking recipes.

Still not sure what Miserly means but I think it’s another word for Frugal. After reading this book I think in our family we are not going to be frugal but careful is a better word. My basic understanding is we should use what we need to and enjoy what you are doing. If we were to eat a meal we did not enjoy but it was cheap, what’s the point? Mainly by making the meal in order to not eat out should be justification enough.

A miser is a person who does not like to spend money. Therefore, miserly means relating to or having the characteristics of a miser.
